Coromandel International has appointed Mr. Deepak Natarajan as its new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from April 30, 2025. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of finance experience, including senior roles at Tata Projects, GE Power, Vodafone, and CISCO, and has executive education from Harvard Business School. The current CFO, Mrs. Jayashree Satagopan, has resigned citing personal reasons, with her last working day set as May 6, 2025. The company has acknowledged her contributions during her tenure.
