DJ Mediaprint and Logistics has informed exchanges that the trading window for dealing in company securities will be closed from October 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for Q2 and half year ending September 30, 2026. The closure applies to designated persons, their relatives and other insiders under SEBI PIT Regulations 2015. The date of board consideration of results will be intimated later.
