On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts less than Nifty 100 and 0.3 pts more than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

DLF Limited has received approval from NCLT Chandigarh on 14 January 2026 for its Scheme of Amalgamation to merge 16 wholly-owned subsidiaries (including DLF Universal Limited and 15 Builders and Developers or Real Estates private firms) into the parent. The merger becomes effective once the order is filed with the Registrar of Companies, after which the 16 transferor companies will be dissolved without winding up. The scheme was first intimated in October 2024.
Simplifies group structure by absorbing 16 wholly-owned subsidiaries; no material impact on shareholders since these are already fully owned arms.
