DMR Engineering received 6,00,000 bonus shares of DM Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd, keeping its stake unchanged at 60 percent. The bonus was issued in a 10:13 ratio at the subsidiary level. DM Consulting offers engineering and consultancy services in new energies, new materials and geophysical studies. Its FY26 turnover was Rs 2.80 crore, up from Rs 1.18 crore in FY25.
