DOMS Industries has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement to buy the Reynolds brand pen, marker, highlighter and school supplies business from Newell Brands group entities. Total cash consideration is USD 3.7 million excluding inventory. Deal covers plant, machinery, molds, IP such as trademarks, copyrights, patents and contracts. Completion is targeted for July 1, 2026. It is not a related party transaction, there is no impact on management control, and no shares are being issued.
Strengthens DOMS product portfolio in writing instruments and school supplies. Modest cash deal size limits financial strain and should support future revenue growth.
