DOMS Industries formed DOMS Seven Private Limited in India on October 22, 2026. It will manufacture, design and sell backpacks and bags, including premium back-to-school products. DOMS invested Rs 100,000 for 10,000 shares of Rs 10 each and owns 100 percent of the new company.
The small investment does not affect DOMS ownership. The new unit may support premium back-to-school products, but no immediate earnings impact was disclosed.
