Aspect Global Ventures Pvt Ltd has acquired 69,59,800 equity shares, equal to 70.61 percent of the paid up capital, of Duke Offshore Ltd from promoters George Albert Donald Duke, Avik George Duke and Komal Duke under a Share Purchase Agreement dated June 11, 2026. The transaction was completed on July 21, 2026 and Aspect Global becomes the new promoter of Duke Offshore from that date. Total equity capital stays at 98,57,200 shares of Rs 10 each. The filing is a Regulation 29(1) disclosure under the SEBI Takeover Regulations, made ahead of an open offer to public shareholders.
