Duke Offshore has been acquired by Aspect Global Ventures Private Limited, triggering a full board overhaul on July 27, 2026. Managing Director Avik Duke, Executive Director Vipul Patel, CFO Venkatesham Busa, and three Independent Directors resigned. Six new directors were appointed: Ashutosh Thakar as Executive Whole Time Director, Aksha Kamboj and Sukumar Shetty as Non-Executive Directors (from Aspect Group), and Rajesh Bhojani, Vaibhav Agarwal, and Arjun Dutta as Independent Directors for five years.
