Dynavision 51st AGM: 3 resolutions passed, RPT with subsidiary approved

Dynavision's 51st AGM was held on Sep 21, 2026 via video conferencing. All 3 ordinary resolutions were passed: (1) adoption of audited financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2026 - 100 percent in favour (about 22.42 lakh shares polled); (2) re-appointment of Mr. A. Sudheer Reddy as director (retiring by rotation) - 99.99 percent in favour; (3) material related party transactions with Dynavision Green Solutions Limited (subsidiary) - 99.90 percent in favour. Promoters abstained on the RPT resolution.
