EIH Associated Hotels has announced that its Trident Jaipur property will close for renovation starting 1st July 2025, with re-opening scheduled by January 2027 (around 18 months of downtime). The estimated renovation cost is Rs. 156 crore. Trident Jaipur contributed Rs. 44.14 crore in revenue during FY2024-25, accounting for 10.34% of the company's total revenue.
