Elitecon International has signed a Product Supply Framework Agreement with World Class 77 of South Africa for potential export of cut blended tobacco, homogenised tobacco, cigarettes and FMCG goods from its Nashik plant. The aggregate indicative programme ceiling is USD 60 million (about 574.20 crore at 95.70 per USD) over 11 months ending 31 August 2027, equating to 37.5% of FY25-26 standalone revenue. The deal is non-exclusive with no minimum purchase obligation, invoiced in USD on FCA JN Port terms with 90-day payment.
First major export win for newly reconstituted management; could lift export revenues meaningfully if purchase orders follow, but ceiling is non-binding and not assured revenue.
