On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.1 pts less than its Fast Moving Consumer Goods peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Elitecon International Limited announced that all seven resolutions in its postal ballot were passed, including appointments of Mr. Vipin Sharma and Mr. Paramjeet Singh Gulati as Directors, Mr. Pradeep Kumar as Director and Managing Director, and Ms. Prachi Gupta, Ms. Nisha, and Mr. Suraj Singh as Independent Directors. Each resolution received about 99.99 percent approval, with only a tiny fraction of votes against. Voting was done by remote e-voting between September 19 and October 18, 2026, with around 49.45 percent of outstanding shares participating.
Routine board reconstitution is now complete. Mr. Pradeep Kumar is confirmed as Managing Director and new independent directors strengthen the board.
