Elitecon International Ltd has bagged a long-term export supply contract worth USD 97.35 million (approximately INR 8.75 billion) from UAE-based Yuvi International Trade FZE. The two-year contract, commencing January 1, 2026 with a one-year lock-in, covers cigarettes, sheesha premix, hookah tobacco, smoking mixtures, qiwam, scented jarda and other tobacco products. Shipments will be made by sea from India in phased quarterly deliveries, with the buyer paying 90 days after delivery. The order strengthens the company's presence in Middle Eastern markets and is expected to support better utilization of its Nashik manufacturing facility and provide steady export revenue visibility.
This is a large, USD-denominated export order that gives the company two years of revenue visibility and reinforces its international tobacco export business. For shareholders, it represents a material new revenue stream that could significantly boost top-line performance and improve plant utilization, likely viewed positively by the market.
