On the reaction day the stock moved 2.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.6 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Embassy Developments says stock exchanges mistakenly placed its shares under the ASM Framework and BE segment from December 16, 2025. This followed NCLT admitting a Canara Bank IBC petition on December 11, but NCLAT granted a stay on the same day. The company is not under CIRP, remains financially sound, and has asked exchanges to remove the ASM tag.
Stay on NCLT order means company is not under insolvency; removal of ASM tag should ease trading restrictions for shareholders.
