Endurance Tech acquires Italian aluminium die-casting firm Fondalpress

Endurance Technologies' wholly owned Italian subsidiary acquired 100 percent of Fondalpress SpA and its parent Anna Milena SpA for Euro 12.34 million. Fondalpress makes aluminium die-cast components for autos, with 2024 turnover of Euro 32.20 million. Net effective cost is about Euro 2.24 million after cash on the balance sheet. Deal signed and closed same day. No regulatory approvals needed and not a related party transaction. Move aims to expand European aluminium die-casting capacity and bring outsourced work in-house.
