Endurance Technologies to sell Italy step-down subsidiary Veicoli Srl

Endurance Technologies will sell its step-down Italian subsidiary Veicoli Srl, a fleet management software provider, to Banyan Software UK Limited through its wholly-owned subsidiary Endurance Overseas SpA. Veicoli contributed only 0.22 percent of consolidated revenue (Rs 32.58 crore) and 0.48 percent of net worth in FY26. Deal value is up to 7.5 million euros, comprising 2.2 million upfront, 0.3 million deferred, and up to 5 million earn-out over three years. The sale aligns with the group's strategic focus on its core auto components business. Completion is expected by 1 July 2026.
