Mr. Manish Jain, who holds DIN 02671522, has over 26 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry and is a Chemical Engineering graduate from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He is the brother of Mr. Sanjay Jain, the Chairman and Whole Time Director of the company. The re-appointment was originally cleared by the Board on May 28, 2025, subject to shareholder approval, which has now been secured with the requisite majority.
