Enviro Infra Engineers has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) dated July 8, 2025, for a pollution control project awarded by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC). The project involves upgradation of Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) in Ichalkaranji, Hatkanangale and Yadrav industrial estates of Kolhapur district under the Panchganga River Pollution control measures. The company will execute the work through a joint venture with AltoraPro Infrastructure Private Limited, where Enviro Infra is the lead member. The contract is worth ₹395.50 crore plus taxes, to be executed over 24 months, and includes design, supply, construction, commissioning, and operation & maintenance of the CETPs.
This is a sizeable new order win from a state government entity, which strengthens Enviro Infra's order book and provides revenue visibility over the next two years. The long-term O&M component may also contribute to recurring revenues, which is positive for shareholders.
