Enviro Infra Engineers has won two orders from Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board, a government entity, under the Karnataka Water Security and Disaster Resilience Program. The first order, worth approximately ₹80.02 crore (inclusive of taxes), is for the design, engineering, construction and commissioning of a wastewater treatment plant with tertiary treatment in the Byatarayanapura zone. The second order, worth approximately ₹141.25 crore (inclusive of taxes), covers similar wastewater treatment works along with solar panels and sewer network construction in the Mahadevapura zone. Both contracts are on an EPC basis with 10 years of operation and maintenance, and EPC work must be completed within 30 months. The total order value comes to roughly ₹221 crore, and neither contract involves related parties.
These are sizeable government-backed orders with long-tenure O&M revenue (10 years), strengthening the company's order book visibility and providing recurring income beyond the construction phase. Positive for investor sentiment, as winning multiple contracts from a single government body indicates execution credibility in the water and wastewater segment.
