Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary EIE Renewables, has acquired a 49% equity stake in Soltrix Energy Solution Private Limited for ₹1.32 crore (₹2,700 per share). It has also signed an option agreement to buy the remaining 51% for ₹1.37 crore after one year of project completion, making the total deal worth about ₹2.70 crore. Soltrix is a newly incorporated SPV (May 2025) set up to execute a 29 MW (AC) solar power project in Maharashtra, with government support of ₹3.20 crore and a 25-year tariff of ₹0.88 per unit. The transaction is not a related party deal, is being done entirely in cash, and the target currently has nil turnover as operations are yet to begin.
This is a small, strategic bolt-on acquisition (total ~₹2.70 crore) that expands Enviro Infra's solar EPC footprint via a dedicated SPV with assured long-term revenue. For shareholders, the move is capacity-building in renewables and should be mildly positive, though the small deal size means limited immediate impact on financials.
