Enviro Infra Engineers' step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Limited (SUL), has received an EPC contract worth Rs. 207.47 crore (excluding GST) from CGE 30 Hybrid Energy Private Limited. The contract covers land aggregation and Balance of Plant (BoP) works for a hybrid renewable energy project combining wind and solar components. Work includes civil, electrical, supply and installation of wind turbine generators, solar infrastructure, evacuation facilities, testing, commissioning, and related enabling works. The order is domestic and is to be executed by 30th June, 2027. The contract is not a related party transaction and promoters have no interest in the awarding entity.
This is a major contract for the company, representing substantial new business secured through its subsidiary and is expected to boost order book and revenue visibility through mid-2027.
