EPACK Durable Limited has informed about the Exchange about the appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

EPACK Durable Limited's Board of Directors met on May 20, 2026 and approved four key matters. First, Ms. Esha Gupta was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) effective immediately; she brings 17+ years of experience in Corporate Law, FEMA, RBI, and M&A, having previously worked with Hero Motors Limited and Dixon Technologies. Second, Mr. Ajay DD Singhania has been re-appointed as Managing Director for 5 years from November 2026 to November 2031, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. Third, Mr. Shailendra Kumar (Senior General Manager – Sales & Marketing) has been removed from the Senior Management Personnel category due to an organizational restructuring, though he continues in his current role. Fourth, M/s Cheena & Associates has been re-appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27, subject to member ratification at the AGM.
