EPL Limited invested around Rs 148.32 Million (5.15 crore Thai Baht) in its wholly-owned subsidiary EPL Packaging Thailand by subscribing to 5,14,800 additional shares. EPTL was set up in February 2025 to manufacture and trade laminated tubes in Thailand, with operations starting in October 2025. The subsidiary remains wholly-owned, with 99% held by EPL and 1% by Lamitube Technologies, also a wholly-owned subsidiary. Investment formalities are expected to be completed by January 15, 2026.
Capital infusion into Thailand arm signals expansion of EPL's global packaging footprint. Modest size, limited immediate stock impact.
