The Board approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Standalone quarterly revenue was Rs 445.79 lakh and net loss was Rs 43.66 lakh. Half-year revenue was Rs 1,202.40 lakh and net loss was Rs 21.61 lakh, against revenue of Rs 28.10 lakh and loss of Rs 186.09 lakh a year earlier. The auditor reported no material issues. Independent director Sridhar Natrajan Chandrasekharan resigned effective 2 November 2026.
Higher revenue and a smaller half-year loss are positive, but continued quarterly losses and the independent director's exit may weigh on investor sentiment.
