Ester Industries reported a Q3 FY26 standalone net loss of about Rs 4.89 crore versus a Rs 18.61 crore profit last year. Revenue fell to Rs 250.06 crore from Rs 274.72 crore. Consolidated net loss was Rs 12.41 crore versus a profit earlier. The board re-appointed Executive Chairman and CEO Arvind Singhania and Whole-time Director Pradeep Kumar Rustagi for three more years from 1 April 2026, subject to shareholder and postal ballot approval.
Q3 swung to loss on weaker revenue and higher costs. Leadership continuity maintained with re-appointments of Chairman and Whole-time Director.
