Eternal will move its Going-out business into wholly owned ZEPL for INR 130.76 crore within 30 days; the unit's FY26 revenue was INR 587 crore. It will swap its Adonmo holding for Mygate shares valued at INR 156 crore, giving Eternal 5.4% of Mygate and 4.4% after Adonmo's proposed merger. Both deals need final agreements and closing conditions. September-quarter consolidated revenue was INR 24,138 crore and profit INR 125 crore.
The reorganisation keeps ownership unchanged. The swap preserves a Mygate stake; any earnings benefit depends on completion and future performance.
