Standalone revenue from operations at Rs 470.86 crores for Q3 FY26, up about 27% from Rs 369.93 crores in Q3 FY25. Net profit at Rs 30.63 crores versus Rs 29.74 crores, up 3%. For 9 months, revenue grew to Rs 1,209.67 crores from Rs 940.31 crores, but net profit was nearly flat at Rs 74.14 crores. Board also re-appointed Yashovardhan Saboo as Chairman and Executive Director for 3 years from April 2026. Limited review by Walker Chandiok is clean.
Strong revenue growth shows healthy demand for luxury watches, though rising expenses are pressuring margins. Leadership continuity is a positive.
