On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.0 pts more than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Excel Industries has completed the dedicated production setup for a long-term specialty chemical supply agreement on 23 July 2026, on time as agreed. The deal was signed on 13 Nov 2025 with a leading Indian specialty chemicals firm for a 5-year supply period. Expected net income is Rs 35-40 Cr per annum. CAPEX was about Rs 40 Cr, partly funded by a Rs 25 Cr trade advance from the customer.
Timely completion de-risks the Rs 35-40 Cr annual revenue stream, diversifies revenue base, and strengthens the company's credibility as a contract manufacturing partner.
