Exhicon Events Media Solutions has successfully completed and commissioned its new Messe Global Arena in Kharadi, Pune — described as the city's first purpose-built live events venue. The project was fully designed and built by Exhicon's in-house teams in a record four months. The venue includes a 25,000 sq ft air-conditioned indoor arena, 50,000 sq ft of flexible event space, a 400-pax banquet hall, a 30-seater boardroom, and an 80-seater themed restaurant. Exhicon expects diversified, recurring revenue from rentals, F&B, sponsorships, banqueting, leasing, and service royalties. Separately, the company announced the appointment of Mr. Mark Burns as CEO of its proposed subsidiary, Exhicon Global Development Private Limited.
