Existing Independent Director Pradip Kumar Bishnoi named Non-Executive Chairman

McNally Bharat Engineering has elevated Mr. Pradip Kumar Bishnoi, its current Independent Director, to Non-Executive Chairman effective 24th August 2026. He holds the position until 5th January 2030, being the residual tenure of his Independent Director term, or until the Board decides otherwise. He continues as Independent Director without dilution of that status. Mr. Bishnoi has 45 plus years of experience in steel, natural gas and lubricants, formerly CMD of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited and MD of Balmer Lawrie.
