On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 0.1 pts more than its Fertilizers peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board granted in-principle approval on 31 October 2025 for ₹6,350 crore of projects to build phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid and urea plants, along with storage and handling facilities. The projects still require Indian government approval.
The projects could support long-term growth if approved and completed, but funding, timelines and returns are not yet known.
