The board has appointed Gaurang Shah, a qualified Company Secretary with about 15 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters, as Additional Director Managing Director for a 5 year term. His appointment needs shareholder approval. Both changes are effective 21 October 2026.
