Ms. Bincy Cherian, currently Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer, has been appointed as Chief of Internal Vigilance with effect from August 1, 2025. She will now be designated as Senior Vice President and Chief of Internal Vigilance, becoming part of the bank's senior management personnel. Bincy Cherian has over 26 years of experience in the bank, including leadership roles in large corporate credit portfolios and the Large Corporate Hub, and holds certifications from the Indian Institute of Bankers and Moody's Analytics. The appointment is effective from August 1, 2025, and she is not related to any Director of the bank.
