On the reaction day the stock moved 1.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts more than its Other Textile Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Texfil Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of Filatex India, signed an MoU on 11 Dec 2025 with Indeca Sporting Goods (Decathlon Group, France) to use Ecosis recycled polyester in sports apparel. Decathlon will run structured trials of Ecosis chips and yarn via its India manufacturing partners and explore sending back its textile waste to Texfil for recycling. Texfil currently runs an 800 kg/day pilot plant and is setting up a 26,750 MTPA commercial facility targeted for commissioning in September 2026.
Marquee global client validation for Filatex Ecosis tech, potential future order pipeline and ESG tailwind, but only an MoU with no committed volumes yet.
