Fortis Healthcare has signed an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services agreement with Gleneagles Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd (GHIPL), under which Fortis will run 5 hospitals and 1 clinic owned by GHIPL across India. In return, Fortis will earn a monthly service fee equal to 3% of the net revenue of these hospitals.
