On the reaction day the stock moved 2.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.4 pts more than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Foseco India published its 5th newspaper notice reminding shareholders about the SEBI-mandated special window for transferring and dematerialising physical shares bought or sold before April 1, 2019. The window runs from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. Eligible investors can contact the RTA MUFG Intime India. Transferred shares will be credited only in demat form with a 1-year lock-in period.
Routine regulatory reminder. Shareholders with old physical share certificates may use this window to dematerialise them before February 2027.
