Frog Innovations has signed a 5-year Technology Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement with LigoWave Networks Inc., USA on 8 October 2026. The deal covers manufacturing, marketing, distribution and technical support of Unlicensed Band Radio products for Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint wireless connectivity in India. Products will be sold under the FROG brand. Minimum annual purchase commitments are USD 500,000 in year 1 and USD 1,000,000 each year after. The company will also supply finished products to LigoWave for resale under the LigoWave brand in international markets. Not a related party transaction.
