Fruition Venture Ltd has published its audited standalone financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31 March 2026 in Financial Express and Jan Satta newspapers. Total income from operations grew significantly to Rs. 520.42 lakh (approx. Rs. 52 crore) for FY26 compared to Rs. 36,282 lakh in FY25, representing a jump of about 43%. However, net profit after tax declined sharply to Rs. 2,141 lakh (approx. Rs. 2.14 crore) in FY26 from Rs. 7,781 lakh in FY25. For the quarter ended March 2026, total income was Rs. 4,824 lakh with net profit of Rs. 266 lakh. Earnings per share (basic and diluted) for FY26 stood at Rs. 0.95 and Rs. 0.85 respectively. The results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board on 29 May 2026.
Revenue showed strong year-on-year growth, but the sharp decline in net profit and EPS signals significant margin compression, which may concern shareholders and could exert negative pressure on the stock price in the near term.
