The board approved September-quarter results. Consolidated revenue was INR 3,006.04 crore and net profit INR 101.19 crore, versus INR 2,345.98 crore and INR 32.98 crore a year earlier. H1 net profit rose to INR 180.95 crore from INR 57.45 crore. It also approved buying 82% of Simply Nam Beauty for up to INR 33 crore in cash, with closing expected by December 31, 2026.
Strong profit growth is positive. The Simply Nam acquisition may strengthen Nykaa's beauty business, but integration and execution risks remain.
