Board approved four items: 1 GWh lithium battery capacity addition at Ratlam Plant MP on top of the earlier 2 GWh expansion taking total to 3.5 GWh, about Rs 5 crore funded via internal accruals, commissioning by Q2 FY27. Also approved new 1 GWh tubular batteries plant at Hathras UP at about Rs 20 crore to replace the 1.3 GWh Bawal facility damaged in a fire on 6 May 2026, commissioning by Q3 FY27. Articles amendment and re-appointment of Mr Sunil Kumar as rotational director also approved.
Growth push via capacity expansion; Hathras plant replaces fire-hit Bawal facility. Low capex burden as funded via internal accruals.
