Board approved: 1) amendment to Articles of Association to make Joint MDs rotational directors; 2) re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar as director; 3) 1 GWh lithium battery expansion at Ratlam Plant, MP for about Rs 5 crore via internal accruals, commissioning by Q2 FY27; 4) new 1 GWh Tubular Batteries plant at Hathras, UP for about Rs 20 crore via internal accruals, commissioning by Q3 FY27. The Hathras facility replaces the 1.3 GWh Bawal unit damaged in a fire on May 6, 2026. Current lithium capacity stands at 0.5 GWh at Greater Noida at around 70% utilization.
Total capex of about Rs 25 crore funded internally. Expansion signals growth push; Hathras plant restores fire-hit capacity. Positive for revenue outlook.
