Fynx Capital Ltd (formerly Rajath Finance Limited) has approved the appointment of Mr. Shanker Raman Siddhanathan as Director and Managing Director for a 5-year term effective August 26, 2025. The appointment was approved by shareholders at the 40th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2025. Mr. Siddhanathan is 47 years old, holds an MBA in Banking & Finance, and brings over 25 years of experience in lending operations and financial services. He has previously worked at Adani Capital, Lendingkart Finance, U Gro Capital, and Religare Finvest. He holds no other directorships in public limited companies and is not debarred by SEBI.
