Appointment of Chief Executive Officer of the company

GK Consultants Ltd has appointed Mr. Amar Agarwal as the Chief Executive Officer of the company with effect from February 10, 2026. Mr. Agarwal holds an M.Com, MBA (Finance), and LL.B., and is a certified Enrolled Agent (EA). He brings over 20 years of experience in internal auditing, financial governance, and statutory compliance, including more than a decade in leadership and core financial roles at global MNCs and premier Indian conglomerates such as Larsen & Toubro (L&T). His core expertise lies in corporate governance, internal controls, taxation, and global finance. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 10, 2026.
