G R Infraprojects announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the full year ended 31 March 2025. On a standalone basis, full-year revenue from operations fell to about Rs 5,124.90 crore from Rs 7,018.25 crore in FY24, a decline of roughly 27%. Profit after tax dropped to Rs 760.31 crore from Rs 1,074.15 crore. The statutory auditor S R B C & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion but flagged an Emphasis of Matter related to an ongoing sub-judice case before the Gauhati High Court involving a 2020 NHIDCL contract where certain employees were allegedly involved in bribery. The board appointed new Cost and Secretarial Auditors and approved re-appointment of Mr. Vikas Agarwal (Wholetime Director) and Mr. Rajendra Kumar Jain (Independent Director) for fresh 5-year terms starting 1 April 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Mixed picture for shareholders: a clean audit opinion is reassuring, but a sharp revenue and profit decline and a live regulatory/penal case against the company remain overhangs on the stock. Continued stake sales to IndInfra Trust (recorded as exceptional items) are boosting short-term cash and profit, while director re-appointments signal management continuity.
