G R Infraprojects reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 7,62,022 lakhs for FY2026, up 20.7% from Rs 6,31,557 lakhs in FY2025. Profit after tax grew 23.5% to Rs 99,606 lakhs from Rs 80,661 lakhs. Q4 FY26 standalone PAT was Rs 41,727 lakhs on revenue of Rs 2,52,090 lakhs. The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Key highlights include: Rs 25,315 lakhs in exceptional gains from sale of 4 subsidiaries to Indus Infra Trust; acquisition of Rajgarh Neemach Power Transmission for Rs 1,888 lakhs; and an Income Tax search conducted in October 2025 with no material impact expected. Operating margin compressed to 10.90% from 13.88% YoY. Debt-to-equity ratio remains very low at 0.03x.
Strong topline and bottom-line growth with clean audit; however, margin compression and the sub-judice regulatory matter in Assam warrant monitoring. The company continues to divest assets to InvIT structure while expanding into power transmission.
