Board approved Q1 FY27 (ended June 2026) unaudited results on 6 Aug 2026. Standalone revenue rose 32.7% YoY to Rs 2,423 crore but PAT dipped 5.6% to Rs 204 crore. Consolidated revenue grew 40.1% to Rs 2,784 crore with PAT up 46.4% to Rs 358 crore, aided by Rs 61 crore exceptional gain from associate Indus Infra Trust's QIP. Operating margins compressed on both bases. B S R and Co is the new statutory auditor.
Strong topline and consolidated profit growth helped by one-time gain, but standalone PAT fell and margins shrank. Watch sustainability of earnings.
