Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
G R Infraprojects posted standalone revenue of Rs 2,423 crore in Q1 FY27, up 33 percent from Rs 1,826 crore a year ago. Standalone PAT was nearly flat at Rs 204 crore versus Rs 216 crore. Consolidated revenue rose 40 percent to Rs 2,784 crore with PAT up 46 percent at Rs 358 crore, aided by a Rs 61.2 crore exceptional gain from Indus Infra Trust unit dilution. Low debt-equity at 0.03 times standalone. B S R and Co took over as statutory auditor. Asset cover not applicable as no secured NCDs outstanding.
Strong consolidated print helped by one-time gain; standalone margins and PAT slightly soft. Low leverage is a comfort; CBI case and tax search remain open.
