The Income Tax Department searched the company's registered, head and corporate offices, promoters' residences and other locations from 9 to 14 October 2025. The search also covered a few promoter-group members, the CFO and employees. The alleged violations could not yet be ascertained, financial impact was not quantifiable, and the company said operations remain unaffected.
