Gabriel India board approved raising up to Rs 1,000 crore via 1 lakh senior unsecured rated listed redeemable non-convertible debentures on private placement basis. Each NCD has face value of Rs 1 lakh, to be listed on BSE. Coupon rate, tenure, and redemption schedule will be in the key information document. A Finance Committee was also formed to oversee the issuance.
Debt addition with no equity dilution. Coupon and tenure yet to be finalised, which will determine the actual cost impact.
