Gabriel India allotted 1,44,04,204 equity shares to Asia Investments Private Limited (AIPL), its Promoter, on a preferential basis for consideration other than cash. This forms part of the payment for acquiring equity shares of HL Mando ANAND India (formerly Mando Automotive India) from AIPL. The aggregate deal value is about ₹188.10 crore. Shareholders had approved the issuance at the AGM on August 19, 2026.
Promoter stake rises via non-cash share allotment for acquisition; no fresh equity raised from public markets at this stage.
